dmb74. Hi. I have recently purchased a 2009 Polo 1.4 tdi bluemotion (engine code BMS) as a non runner. The first scan of the engine ECU showed a crank position sensor fault and a cam position sensor fault. Both cam & crank sensors were replaced with new parts. after clearing the fault codes successfully, I attempted to start the engine.
