Sep 20, 2006 • Review of Konica Minolta DiMAGE A200 Now that I've used my A200 for 4 months, I feel more qualified to make judgements on its qualities in real life use. I've also recently used a small pocket digicam (Minolta E323) and my photo history includes a manual film SLR (Canon FTb) with 4 lenses.

Repairing A1 Main Dial. This is one of those pictures that saves, if not 1,000 words, at least a lot! I used this camera extensively for nearly 10 years from 2004 and it still works well, except for being slow to respond to the shutter button. I have often thought about fixing it.

Tech help was no help because Konica sold the division that made this beauty to Sony whom had no interest what so ever in repairing it. I got about a months worth of work on it and about a years worth of headache. It is no where near worth the risk. I won't buy anything with the Konica name because of this experience. It was a complete disaster.
