No key. I did not talk to Gage first, So I talked to him now, and he did not even talk. So I just shot him.

Well, if you want the full benefit from nuka world, you get 3 raider settlements, do power play, get the 2 perks, finish amoral combat for the neverending gatling laser, then do open seasons (or not).
