Hi Peggy, You can add a second time zone in Outlook calendar and display it in your calendar view. The second timezone won't change the times on your Calendar items or how it is stored. Open Settings app, go to Time & Language and Date & Time, scroll down to the bottom and click Add clocks for different time zones. Here's how: Tap Settings . Tap General . Tap Date & Time . Ensure the Set Automatically slider is set to off/white. With Set Automatically turned off, you can also manually select your Time Zone by tapping it. Tap the time beneath the Time Zone bar. Tap the time at the bottom of the section.Select Location services. Make sure to turn the location tab on. Next, scroll to the bottom and select system services. Turn on the setting Time zones option. Got back to the main settings app. Tap “General” then tap “Date and time.”. Turn on the “set automatically” option. Check if the correct time zone is displayed.
