Xenon to Halogen downgrade. 17-06-2020, 11:07 PM. I've been having issues with Xenon lights in my 2012 Insignia sports tourer. The driver side light had condensation inside which quickly led to the Xenon light first intermittently not working, and now not working at all, bulb replacement did not help so it may be the ballast.
