A common problem with off-road motorcycles is people's boots rubbing the paint off the frame, those panels are designed to prevent that from happening. Nice that they are included as many are bought after-market.

Back to Motorex and she always smooth's out and shifts like a dream. KTMs are moody! KTM filters were clean finally after the 3rd change so definitely not machined as well as the Honda. 20,000 hard two up miles and no issues with KTM. Honda runs much cleaner but tranny was a bit picky at first now smooth as a Honda should be!

After riding 3-4 miles the ABS indicator will flash for a few minutes. Then it turns off for a few and comes back a few minutes later. Also, I have been noticing an inconsistent idle sometimes and the headlights/display dim and brighten. Not sure if this is related they don't always occur at the same time. Diagnostics:

I seem to read a bit about owners of 2020/ 2021 models suffering through the different TFT problems that arise. Understandably you only ever really hear the problematic stories when things turn to poo, so it makes getting a general idea of the prevalence of issues such as TFT reliability difficult to gauge.
